184Nu är klockan bara strax över halv 13 och jag har redan hunnit med två pass. De har varit en intensiv morgon, men nu är jag klar för idag. Jag känner mig nöjd! Jag har kört ett benpass och ett A1 cykelpass. Nästa vecka ska jag ha fystester här i Östersund. Vi kör fystester två gånger per år, och de är på hösten och se hur bra barmasksäsongen har varit och hur bra tränade vi är innan vi går in i säsong. Sen kör vi ett test nu på våren och se hur vi bibehåller fys- träningen under vintern. Där ser vi också vad vi behöver träna på under sommaren för att bli bättre.
Så vad ska jag göra nu en hel dag, igår kändes de bara som att tiden gick. De som är inplanerat schemat är iallafall en fika på stan med min kompis katarina som pluggar till sjukgymnast här i stan. Vi gick i samma skola uppe i järpen i 4 år, har inte träffade henne på ett tag så de ska bli roligt. Sen ikväll är jag bjuden på middag hos Emelie vilket också ska bli riktigt trevligt! Känner på mig att de här blir en bra dag!
Igår var jag och köpte garn, jag tänkte virka ett pannband. Jag hade mycket energi igår, men frågan är om jag har lika mycket energi idag så jag kan börja… ja vi får se! 
De är ju oftast så.. de jobbigaste är att komma igång men när man har kommit igång brukar de gå kalasbra!
