184Idag började dagen med ett simpass från 7-8:30, 4000 teknik/fart 2 med 8×100 arm tryck på slutet. Sedan åkte jag till skolan och skrev kontrollskrivning i mekanik, det gick helt okej och jag kommer med största sannolikhet att bli godkänd! På tisdag är det dags för tentan, så i helgen blir det bara plugg med klasskompisarna. Efter att jag har simmat 200 frisim på neptuniaden på lördag morgon.
Efter kontrollskrivningen åkte jag hem och åt lunch, sedan gick jag en runda till skräddaren och lämnade in 5 par jeans, två behövde byta gylf, två sys in och ett par behövdes lagas. Dom är klara om en vecka!!
Sedan var det dags för dagens andra simpass, VO2max stod på schemat i långbana såklart! 4x(4×50) start 50-60-1,10-1,20/varv och 400 bad mellan varven. Jag simmade väldigt bra i början och la första varvet på 30,2-30,4, andra varvet låg jag på 29,2-30,2, tredje varvet låg jag på 29,2-29,7 och fjärde varvet 29,2-29,5. Inför sista varvet mådde jag verkligen skit, kändes som om jag skulle kräkas. Men jag tog mig igenom det på ett väldigt bra sätt och jag är väldigt nöjd med serien. Ska tillägga att jag hade/har fruktansvärd träningsvärk 
. Sprinten finns där inte riktigt än men det kommer snart .
Efter träningen åkte jag och Peter till Åhléns och jag fick välja ut ett par skor i födelsedagspresent! Det blev ett par svarta ballerina från Filippa K!! sjuuukt fina och sköna! Det kommer bild!
I morgon har jag lite sovmorgon, minst till halv nio! Ska simma vid halv tolv i morgon och sedan åka och köra ett axelrehab pass med en av Djurgården hockey’s fystränare och avsluta dagen med ett tyngdlyftningspass. Vi får se om det blir något tid över till att plugga.
Nu ska jag kolla färdigt på ”kitchen nightmares”, jag älskar sådana program, säsongspremiären av ”kniven mot strupen” var också grym!
