I dag har jag simmat två pass, i morse körde vi en lång medleyserie i långbana med kort vila och ganska hög fart. 400Me – 4×100fr – 300me – 3×100fr – 200me – 2×100fr – 100me – 100fr. Det gick väldigt bra och jag känner mig stark!
Direkt efter träningen åkte jag till Lund, där jag hämtade upp min mekanikhjälpare vid stationen. Det blev ett kort men intensivt pass på två timmar. Sedan åkte jag hem och och en god lunch som mamma och pappa lagade till mig. Jag hann vila ca en halvtimme innan det var dag att åka till eftermiddagsträningen.
På planeringen stod det 100frisim max uppifrån med eget insim i långbana. Det gick jätte bra. Jag hade 57,4 med splittarna 27,8(12,8-15,0) – 29,5(14,4-15,1).
På vägen hem från träningen åkte jag in om hemmakväll och hyrde Avatar. Sjukt bra film! Jag hann äta middag men mamma och pappa, skriva ut lite ex-tentor i mekanik och se lite av filmen innan det var dags att hämta upp Malin och bege sig till yogan.
Det kändes jätte mycket bättre idag och det var inte alls lika jobbigt, men jag svettas som en gris!
Nu ska jag sova
