680Idag flög vi från Stockholm till Barcelona för att genomföra ett träningsläger i Amposta. Det är lugnt och skönt här och man kan koncentrera sig ordentligt på idrotten! Vi bor på ett litet hotell och vi har ganska nära till fäktsalen. Vi har påbörjat träningen inför VM i Paris nu, det känns som att vi är ute i god tid. Jag hoppas på att kunna skriva lite om mentala tips för idrott och för övriga livet!
