435Nu e det långhelg två dagar ledigt då det är nationaldagen på söndag samt träningsledigt lördagar. Ganska skönt nu när man har kört på hårt och känner mig faktiskt lite sliten pga rivstarten på den här säsongen. Går väll bra träningsmässigt får man väll säga såhär någon vecka in i träningen. Har simmat bra och allt men tiderna är inte där ÄN, det kommer. Har filmat lite på några träningar nyligen och skickade upp dom på youtube i dag. Bra med kamera att se vilka misstag man gör själv och köra lite självcoachning och man får ett hum om hur man ska ändra sig bättre tycker jag
