321Första träningsomgången är nu avklarad med spinning och styrka. Kändes riktigt bra att köra spinning i dag och det är något jag aldrig kört förut kontinuerligt och ska försöka få in det på tisdagar framöver. Kändes verkligen att man fick ut lite av passet för en vecka sedan i flåset och annat, får se hur det känns nästa vecka då, hoppas på framsteg 
Styrkan kördes direkt efter spinningen rätt svettig och go. Blev ett mage, bröst och biceps pass i dag där jag hoppade över magen. Fortfarande lite känningar i magen sedan sträckningen och vill inte ens känna efter nu någon dag och hoppas det läker ut. På brösten kördes hantelpress och två cable-cross övningar med lite olika vinklar. På biceps kördes det snabbt bara med curlstången 4*8 repetitioner och efter det slängde jag in lite chins också. Fick räcka för första delen av dagen och nu ska det vilas lite inför simningen som kommer lite senare.
