Nu är det dags för söndagsträning. Sitter och förbereder mig för 100 til you drop. Ska köra en hård ben serie som består av hundringar och startar på 2 minuter och sedan var man bort 2 sekunder för varje hundring tills man åker ur. Blir någon blandning mellan kondition och syra mot slutet. Har aldrig kört det i kort bana meter bassäng så ska bli roligt att se hur jag klara det samt med träningsvärk i benen sedan i fredags!
