Då var äventyret över, och man kom hem som en slagen man… Det hela började på Lördag morgon mot Yuri Patrikeev, ingen mjukstart direkt. 6000 exalterade Armener på läktaren som var där för att heja fram sina landsmän, så det var ett grymt tryck i hallen. Min taktik mot Yuri var att gå in och brottas och hålla tempo mot honom, en taktik som passade Yuri bättre än mig. Första perioden vinner Yuri med tre noll, inget att säga något om. Andra perioden slutar 6-0 till honom, men borde kanske vart 3-0 till mig? Yuri försöker trycka ut mig när jag ger mig av på ett kryss som hamnar utanför. Ibland kan domare döma konstigt och en domare som vill att Yuri kanske skall vinna kan döma 1-0 till honom. Men hur i dom kan få det till 3-0 till Yuri är helt obegripligt!
Nästa match var mot en iranier, som också resulterade i en förlust. Tyvärr inga domarmissar i denna match, utan jag tycker jag slarvade här. Slog dit mig själv på struntsaker.
Efter att ha inkasserat säsongens första förlust, som följdes av ytterliggare en förlust var jag redo för att åka hem kändes det som. Jag var på botten, kändes som om hela världen skulle gå under.
Dagen därpå försökte jag ladda om batterierna, och slog en Cuban ganska bekvämt. Följande match mötte jag Deak Bardos Ungern, en match jag haft en del ångest inför. Deak började som vanligt med ett högt tempo men blev nerdömd i parterr där jag lyfte honom och vann med tre noll. Andra perioden kommer det en del skallar, och jag får en lätt skalle på näsan sådär så tårarna kommer. Nej nu måste jag markera tänker jag och bara väntar på hans nästa skalle, när jag märker att den kommer möter jag upp. Deak börjar gnälla och springer av mattan i “smärtor“(har lika ont som en fotbollsspelare som faller i straffområdet), vilket resulterar i 1-0 till mig. Deak blir alltså även i denna period nerdömd. Jag utnyttjar mitt överläge och lyfter honom ännu en gång, och vinner med 4-0.
Skulle vilja summera denna resa med att Lördagen brottades jag väldigt dåligt, tror att detta beror till stor del på att natten mellan torsdag till fredag fick vi ca 3 timmars sömn. Det är också 3 timmars tidsförskjutning mellan Armenien och Sverige, vilket resulterar i ett mindre JetLagg. Vill inte skylla ifrån mig, men efter två förluster måste jag ju börja tänka på vad som gick fel? När kroppen inte svarar och det finns inte riktigt någon ork, måste man ju börja tänka så man inte gör om samma misstag ännu en gång.
Väll nere i Armenien fick jag en liten böld på min högerarm, som ni ser nedan. När jag kom hem i Måndags var hela överarmen röd och hård runt bölden. Men efter ett par dagar med antibiotoka började den att ge med sig:D
