Skulle först och främst vilja gratulera mina lagkamrater som vart på Atlas Cup i helgen och blivit bästa förening, med Guld i inte mindre 3 viktklasser. Vinnare var Jakob(Det fysiska monstret)Cedergren i 96, Marcus(BantaBjörn)Euren och Niklas(Arnold)Nordström. Av bronspengar och silvermmedaljörer tog Roger Sjökvist och visade att gammal är äldst knep en bronspeng i 84.
Bra Jobbat Killar!
Har idag tävlat i Falkenbers GP, som i år hade Nordic GP status. Men i tungvikten (även kallad Formel-1), kom det inga från våra kära grannländer, utan det blev det gamla vanliga startfältet. Kände mig innan tävlingen lite trött och seg, men det flöt på väldigt bra under mina matcher.
Började dagen mot Hampus från Falkenberg, som jag vann mot på fall. Sista matchen var mot Sebastian från Eslöv, en kille jag mött flera gånger men just idag så flöt det på väldigt bra för mig. Så nu kan man titulera sig som Falkenbergs GP mästare!!
Sitter nu på Grand Hotell i Falkenberg, med Kristoffer Johansson som skall vara min sambo denna vecka i rum 108:D Ikväll är det vila som står på schemat, för en sak kan vi vara säkra på det blir en tuff Söndag med med bland annat fotboll på schemat. Så imorgon kommer hela Falkenberg se vilken bolltalang man har!!
Nu skall jag in i duschen, och tvätta bort denna dag!

Riktigt kul att du börjat blogga. Jag är träningsnörd själv, och tycker det är barnsligt kul att läsa om hur elitidrottare lägger upp sin träning/kost. Framförallt så är ju ni brottare roliga att följa, då ni brukar vara i grym form över tiden.
Styrka och spänst i en bra kombination helt enkelt!
