723Idag är det äntligen fredag, och en vecka som vart riktigt kass kan man snart lägga bakom sig. Började redan förra helgen med en lite förkylning, som nu äntligen börjar ge med sig.
Har tränat lite på halvfart på grund av detta, och igår så struntade jag helt i träningen och sov middag ett par timmar istället. Det behövdes verkligen och är inget jag ångrar, även om en viss ångest kan infinna sig efter en sådan dag. I vilket fall är man nu utvilad och skall starta i Falkenbergs GP imorgon. På Söndag börjar lägret i Falkenberg och håller på till på Onsdag, så det blir en späckad vecka. Väl tillbaka är det bara till att tvätta och packa för på torsdag drar vi vidare till Armenien, för att tävla i World Cup.
Skall bli spännande, om inte så är det väll allas dröm att någon gång få se Armenien:D
Synd är att man blir enda Öisare i startfältet under Falkenbergs GP, då resten av gruppen drar till Atlas Cup.(Fredrikstad) Öis har åkt på denna cup tre år i rad, och försöker vinna det stora lagpris som utlovats till bästa klubb efter fem år.
Lycka till i Norge Killar. Nu måste jag sluta, tänkte springa lite på löpbandet ikväll!

du verkar vara en grym brottare som är bra på bakåtkast. Lite frågor, vad tar du i bänkpress, markyft och knäböj? Vad väger du och vad kan du springa en mil på? Vet att det inte blir en snabb tid då du väger jättemycket.

Bänkpress: Sista fystesterna jag gjorde klarade jag 150kg
Marklyft: Ligger runt en 230kg.
Knäböj: Ligger på 165kg.
Vad gäller milen så är det ingen favorit jag har, men en bra dag med vind i ryggen och nerförsbacke sprang(tog jag mig runt) jag på 52min.
