265Oj, har varit lite dålig på att uppdatera sen kina.
Men har inte hänt så mycket, har mest försökt ställa om tiden till svensk tid igen och komma igång med träningen. Tränade 6 pass förra veckan, och njöt av maten och min sköna säng.
Denna veckan har vi ett uppbyggnadsläger, men jag kallar det grisläger. Idag började det med 6 mils cykling, i högt tempo, vilket tog 2.5 timme. då hade vi bara några korta mellanmåls stopp. Det kändes verkligen i benen kan jag lova, sista backen dödade mig och jag kom i mål efter Johanna och Henna. Men jag är riktigt nöjd med dagen.
Imorgon väntar en lite lugnare dag med bara ett brottningspass på kvällen, sen på onsdag ska vi paddla i 5 timmar, det ser jag fram mot, tycker det är jätte roligt att paddla. Får se om jag tycker samma sak på onsdag;) Sen avslutar vi grislägret på tosdag med löpning och simning tror jag det skulle vara.
Detta kommer att innebära träääningsvärk och plåga sig hela veckan:)
