719Nu har halva lägret gått här i Kina, och jag tycker att det går jätte bra faktist. Förra året körde vi mycket mer och längre pass, och mindre vila. Iår tycker jag vi balanserat det mycket bättre
Veckan som gått har sett ut såhär:
- Måndag två brottningspass
- Tisdag, styrka på morgonen och vila på eftermiddan
- Onsdag brottning på morgonen och kondition på eftermiddan
- Torsdag vila
- Fredag styrka på morgonen och brottning på kvällen
- Idag lördag har vi just haft ett matchpass med två matcher, med riktiga dommare och trikåer. Sen på eftermiddan ska vi ha kondition.
- Imorgon har vi vila.
Nästa vecka kommer att se ungefär likadan ut.
De första dagarna hade jag jätte svårt att sova och maten gillar jag ju som sagt inte…men har gått mycket bättre denna veckan, har sovit som en stock på nätterna och vi har ätit ute de dagar vi haft vila så jag överlever här i kinesien.
Torsdagen när vi hade vila åkte vi till summer palace, ett jätte fint ställe där vi först promenerade runt lite, och sedan hyrde vi en båt som vi åkte runt i och bara sola och tog det lugnt. Jätte skön vilodag. Sen har vi såklart hunnit med lite shopping också, och mer ska det bli:)
Imorgon ska vi åka till kinesiska muren så då hoppas vi på fint väder så vi kan bättre på brännan lite.

Nu ska jag vila, ha de bra allihopa!
