238I onsdags lämnade vi klippan för en lång resa till Kina. Först tåg till köpenhamn, sen flyg till helsingfors och sen vidare till Peking.
När vi kom fram var klockan 6.30 kinesisk tid, alltså 00.30 i sverige, och jag sov ingenting på planet. Då väntade “evighetens dag” som jag kallade den. Bestämde att jag inte fick gå och lägga mig förrens 21 kinesisk tid. Det var inte lätt kan jag lova, slumrade nog till en kvar på dagen, men annars försökte jag göra nått och äta godis så jag skulle hålla mig vaken. När klockan äääntligen blev 21 så blev vi alla överlyckliga och slocknade så fort huvudet träffade kudden. Älskar att sova när jag är så trött. Sov sen i 10.5 timme, ändå var jag sviin trött på morgonen, men tar väl ett tag att vänja sig.
Vi började lugnt, med promenad igår morse, sen ett så kallat teknikpass på eftermiddagen. Efter uppvärmning och lite teknik sa dom till oss att vi skulle ha 3 st 10 minutare 50% match…tror ni kineserna körde 50%?…icke…så blev ändå ganska jobbigt pass, men gick hyffsat bra tycker jag.
Däremot nu på morgonen så var jag jätte trött på passet, så hoppade över två 10 minutersmatcher i slutet.
Måste klaga lite på maten, eller rättare sagt mycket, fast jag var ju här förra året så var lite förberedd, har tagit med proteinpulver och måltidsersättningar. Däremot de andra tjejerna som jag försökt förklarat för hur maten var, trodde såklart att jag överdrev, men nu fick dom se hur de är. Usch, vi går inte ens till matsalen till frukostarna, utan köper egen mat och äter på hotellet.
Nu ska jag krypa ner i min hårda säng och vila inför eftermiddagspasset. Här är en liten bild efter gårdagens träning.
