477Imorse tränade jag mitt sista pass innan SM, Det blev ett kort styrke pass, där även SOKs fystränare Rikard var med och hjälpte mig att slipa lite på tekniken. Sen har vi gått igenom planeringen fram till April. Dessa två tävlingar som är nu ihelgen och nästa är avgörande för EM uttagningen, så jag hoppas allt min brottning ska fungera.
Träningarna i veckan har känts jätte bra och jag har sakta tagit ner vikten, har 2kg kvar nu som är ganska lugnt att ta nu när jag ändå inte ska träna ikväll eller imorgon. får bli ett svettpass på lördag innan invägningen.

SM är alltid en rolig tävling, för då samlas hela brottarsverige, vilket inte är så ofta och publiken brukar vara bra. Sen kommer alla mina vänner, en av höjdpunkterna är att Hanna W ska ställa upp;) Kommer även bli spännande att se vilka som står som vinnare på killsidan, är alltid lika tight varje år.
Om jag hinner skriver jag lite efter invägningen, annars skriver jag efter tävlingen.
