This is just a short update from an internet cafe, because the internet in our appartment is crap.
Today was the first day of the Rio Open, quite a lotof guys from my academy competed, but unfortunatly, they all lost their first fights. 
Everybody but Alexander Trans, the rumor has it he got the gold in -100,5 kg!!! 
I didn’t see it myself, because I had to go back to Copacabana to get my gi from the sewingshop.
I am fighting open class saturday and weight sunday, and I am really excited, it has been some time since I have competed, so I feel hungry now!
The preparations have been good, but like always I feel like I need another 4 weeks before a competition, just to learn that extra stuff. The only cloud on the sky is that I twisted my thumb backwards during training Monday, it hurts, but it’s nothing that a little tape can’t fix.
