524Ja igår anlände vi till Falun och kollade på när kvinnornas och männens kulfinaler avgjordes mitt på torget i Falun. Det var mängder av människor som var där och tittade och stämmningen var fantastiskt. Det resulterade i mycket bra resultat med bland annat 4 man över 18m i herrarnas kula.
Idag klockan 17.35 går min start på 100mhäck och det kommer bli jäkligt roligt. Jag ska suga in mig av den positiva atmosfären på Lugnet och springa det forstade jag någonsin gjort. Sen får vi se hur långt det räcker. Jag kan inte mer än att göra mitt bästa, men en sak lovar jag er, jag kommer vara sjukt taggad o ha sjukt roligt. Finalen går 19.55 ikväll och SVT 1 sänder ett sammandrag ifrån Friidrotts-SM i Falun klockan 23.00 ikväll. Annars kan ni läsa på friidrott.se liverapportering om ni vill följa SM:tävlingarna.
Nu ska jag snart äta frukost och dona med lite grejjer.
