405Har precis kommit tillbaka från gymmet och ätit lite. Jag rider varje dag mellan 09.00 till 13.00 och så fystränar jag på kvällen eller ibland innan jag går ut till stallet, vid 06.00.
Red sex hästar i morse och hopptränade med fyra utav dem. Gick rätt så trögt, ingen utav dem var riktigt ”in the game”. så jag var utmattad efter att ha hoppat dem. Som tur är ska de inte tävla förrän om två veckor i Skövde.
Tålamodet var inte på topp i heller, har nog blivit för mycket skräpmat på sistone och det påverkar humöret väldigt mycket på mig. Dags att gå tillbaka till de gamla rutinerna igen, brukar vara rätt nogrann annars med det.
På gymmet körde jag mitt nya program som jag fick efter gårdagens träff med min fystränare Kenth Olsson. Rätt tufft.
Brukar träffa honom ca 1-2 gånger i månaden och träna och snacka lite med honom i friidrottshallen i Helsingborg.
Jag ha tränat med honom sedan i juli förra året och det har hänt mycket på kort tid.
Många undrar vad jag hittar motivationen till att träna på gymmet efter man blivit helt urladdad både fysiskt och mentalt på förmiddagarna när man ridit. Svaret på det är att jag kan ha lätt att bli irriterad och grinig om jag inte får träna riktigt hårt på två-tre dagar. Jag mår bara väldigt bra att ”rasta av” mig ordentligt.
Imorgon blir det gemensam födelsedagsparty för mig och min bror. Min bror, Daniel fyllde 25 år den 22 jan och jag fyller år den 8 feb så vi firar ordentligt på en och samma dag istället. Vi ska ha middag på en italiensk restaurang först innan vi går på nattklubb.
Finns inget bättre än italiensk mat! Blir 40 pers ser det ut som, så det kommer bli väldigt nice. Ska sedan upp klockan sex morgonen efter och flyga till Dubai i Förenade Arabemiraten för att tävla.
Ser fram emot att starta upp säsongen 2010 på riktigt! Leeets get ready to ruuuumble!!
