Är förtillfället i Rom på träningsläger i en veckas tid. Väldigt bra träning och väldigt bra miljö här på det stora Olympia centret som ligger precis utanför Rom! Skönt att få komma bort ett tag och få träna och bara träna, bara få släppa verkligheten för ett tag och få leva i sin träningsvärld en liten stund. Man får passa på att njuta och ta vara på tiden för livet kan ta konstiga svängar och bjuda på en del hemska eller roliga spratt. Man får vara beredd att ta en del obekväma och smällar men det gäller att ta tillvara på vardagen. Träningen är inriktad på uppbyggnad så vi sliter som djur efter vår förbundskapeten Roberto (Robert ericsson) sten hårda järnhand. Hänt lite tråkiga grejer med av den personliga sorten.. Väldigt jobbigt :/ speciellt i Rom där man absolut inte kan göra något åt saken… då kan jobbig träning bli ännu jobbigare och tidiga mornar bli ännu tröttare och framför allt nätter blir skrämmande mycket längre. Huvudet är totalt inställt på träning träning träning men va kan göra när hjärtat har en helt egen vilja och har något annat i åtanke. Livet är en match i spel.mot ett mål ibland och de gäller att hålla fokus på rätt saker så man själv känner sig trygg. Men som sagt tur att träningen finns så man kommer bort ibland. Blir väldigt ensamt om man tänker för mycket och för länge haha! Nej nu är det snart gym dags!
